Returns & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your Haruharu skincare products, you may return them within 30 days of your order date.

  1. Please Email Customer Service at and include the following information:

    • Your name (as it appears on your order)

    • Your order number (this can be found on the invoice included in your package or in your confirmation email)

    • The name(s) of item(s) you wish to return along with the reason(s) for return. Return Reason Code

      101 - No Longer Want/Need

      102 - Did Not Like

      103 - Defective/Arrived Damaged

      104 - Wrong Size

      105 - Adverse Experience

      106 - Other (please specify)

  2. By reply email, a Customer Service representative will provide you with your specific RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) number as well as shipment instructions.

  3. Once you have received your Return Merchandise Authorization, carefully pack the item(s) you wish to return with the original packaging, in a single box. Seal the box and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of your return package.

  4. When shipping your return, please utilize an insured shipping method which can be tracked in the case of loss (i.e. UPS or USPS). Only returns that can be traced back to our warehouse will be credited.

Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed once shipped. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. We apologize, original and return shipping fees are not refundable.

Items may not be returned, and will not be refunded, 30 days after the purchase date. *We are happy to accept returns on unused products. Items shipped to Haruharu outside of the return window may not be returned to you.

Damaged item(s) / Wrong item(s) return policy If you have received damaged items or wrong items, you can make a return request through the Haruharu-USA customer service team along with an attachment of a picture for proof.

For Returns: Customers will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping and up to 25% restocking fee. Only products purchased through may be returned.
