Refund policy
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help with a return or exchange.
The following rules apply:
- A replacement or return is accepted within 30 days of receipt. (Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment)
- We will not charge you shipping cost for a return or exchange if it's because of a valid reason(wrong product sent, damaged, defective), else, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Please note that the refund is calculated based on the merchandise value only (shipping fees are not credited).
- Only products purchased on https://haruharuusa.com may be eligible for a return or exchange. We cannot accept items purchased from another retailer for a return or exchange.
- We cannot exchange, or refund partially used products or products with broken seals. Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, undamaged, saleable, in its original packaging.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or returned or delayed packages by the postal service.
- We cannot accept responsibility for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot accept to replace or refund.
- We do not offer price matching or price adjustments for orders placed before or after the promotion period.
Return Process:
- Send us your order information and inquiry via email to info@haruharuusa.com or Contact Us page.
Please include details such as order number, item, and reason to request a replacement or refund. Any proofs(photos) will expedite the process.
- After you submit the information, our customer service team will contact you within 48 hours.
- Once the request is confirmed by haruharuusa.com, please dispatch the product to the provided address.
- Upon receipt of the product, we will inspect and confirm if it's eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed once shipped. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
