Shipping policy

 

How long does it take to process an order?

We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped in the next 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

 

Shipping Methods

We use UPS, USPS, and DHL for shipping, and all orders are shipped within the US only. Orders with standard shipping usually take 2-7 business days from the day it ships to arrive at their final destination.

 

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping for orders above $30, else, estimated shipping cost can be found at checkout. 

 

International Shipping / Local delivery / Pick-up

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping, local delivery, and pick-up at this moment.

 

My Package status is DELIVERED but I have not received it

Packages are scanned for delivery before your local mail carrier physically drops them at your home, and you may receive your package within 24 hours after your tracking has updated to “delivered.” If it’s been longer than 24 hours, please contact your local USPS.
